To create an Andra account, you upload at least 2 photos of yourself, then complete a live face scan. Our system compares the scan to your photos. If they match, your account is verified and created. If they don't match, account creation is blocked. Biometric data from the face scan is deleted immediately after verification — it is never stored.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile is removed from the Dating Map immediately. Personal data is deleted within 30 days, and messages within 90 days. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Andra is a location-based app, so location access is required for the core Dating Map feature. However, you can pause your visibility at any time from your profile settings — you'll still be able to browse, but others won't see you on the map.

The Dating Map shows verified users near your current location. Tap any profile pin to view their interests, nationality, religion, and what they're looking for. Send a like to show interest — when both users like each other, a match is created and chat opens. You can also switch to List View to browse profiles without the map.

Matches on Andra are always mutual. You send a like to someone — if they like you back, a match is created and a private chat opens between you. There is no one-sided swiping. Both users must express interest before any contact is possible.

You can filter by: Gender, Age range, Maximum distance, What they're looking for (casual, serious, friendship, etc.), Nationality, Religion, and Zodiac sign. Only users who match your filter criteria will appear on your map.

Private Spots are locations where you never want to appear on the Dating Map — for example, your home, workplace, or gym. You can set up to 3 Private Spots, each with an invisible radius of 100m or 200m. When you're within that radius, you automatically become invisible to other users on the map. Set them up in Settings → Privacy → Private Spots.

No. Andra never reveals your precise GPS coordinates. Other users see only an approximate location on the map. Combined with Private Spots, you have strong control over your location visibility.

We use end-to-end encryption for messages, HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit, and encrypted storage for sensitive data. We never sell your personal data to third parties. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

In the Events tab, choose your nearest city to see upcoming singles events — parties, run clubs, cocktail nights, and more. You can see who's attending each event, and if you have matches, you can invite them to join you. Events are a great way to move from chatting to meeting IRL naturally.

You can purchase tickets directly within the Andra app. Once purchased, your ticket and QR code will appear in your profile under "My Events." Payments are processed securely through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

To report or block a user: Open their profile → tap the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner → select "Report" or "Block." Reported accounts are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours. Blocked users can no longer see you on the map or send you messages.

Every Andra user has passed our face verification process — uploading 2+ photos and completing a live face scan that must match. This makes it extremely difficult to create fake profiles. If you suspect someone is not genuine, please report them immediately.
