1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Andra, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Andra.

2. Eligibility

To use Andra, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a human individual (not a corporation or automated system)
• Successfully complete our face verification process
• Not have been previously banned from Andra for violating these Terms
• Not be a registered sex offender or convicted of a relevant criminal offence

3. Account & Verification

To create an Andra account, you must:

• Upload a minimum of 2 clear, recent photos of yourself
• Complete a live facial scan that matches your uploaded photos
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. Notify us immediately at security@andra.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Andra to:

• Harass, bully, abuse, stalk, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Solicit money, financial information, or gifts from other users
• Promote or engage in prostitution, escort services, or sex work
• Share sexually explicit content without consent
• Discriminate against users based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the app
• Scrape, copy, or harvest user data
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

5. Location & Private Spots

Andra requires access to your device's location to function. By using the app, you consent to your approximate location being visible to other users on the Dating Map when the app is active.

You may set up to 3 Private Spots where your location will be hidden. You are responsible for correctly configuring your Private Spots to protect your own privacy. Andra is not liable for any privacy issues arising from misconfigured Private Spots.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content (photos, text, etc.) you upload to Andra. By uploading content, you grant Andra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the app.

You confirm that any content you upload:

• Is of yourself (for profile photos)
• Does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Does not contain nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
• Does not depict anyone under the age of 18

The Andra name, logo, app design, and all related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Andra and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Matches, Chat & Events

Andra provides a platform for users to connect — we do not guarantee any specific number of matches, messages, or event opportunities. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users on or off the platform.

When meeting another user in person through Andra, please prioritise your personal safety. We recommend meeting in public places and informing a friend or family member of your plans.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Andra may offer free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features will be clearly marked and priced within the app. All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

9. Termination & Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

• Harassment or abusive behaviour towards other users
• Attempting to bypass verification or create fake profiles
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated violations of Community Guidelines

You may delete your account at any time within the app settings. Upon deletion, your profile is removed immediately from the Dating Map.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Andra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that you will find a match.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andra shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• The actions or conduct of other users, on or off the platform
• Any harm arising from in-person meetings arranged through the app

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Andra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Andra after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
